Welcome to Tinker Labs
It was 3:30am when insomnia struck.
Like many sleepless nights, I fell into that familiar game: If I won the lottery, what would I actually do? The usual suspects came first—take care of family, maybe splurge on a few toys. But then the question shifted to something deeper: What would I do to fulfill my passions?
That's when the idea arrived.
I imagined a warehouse… a lab for curiosity. Different zones for different explorations: a corner for writers to workshop their craft, a woodworking area with sawdust in the air, a test kitchen where new flavors and drinks come to life. A space designed for one simple purpose: to tinker.
As I lay there in the dark, turning over possibilities, a realization cut through the fog: Why wait?
I don't need a lottery win to start exploring. The excitement I felt wasn't about the warehouse, it was about the permission to test, iterate, and push ideas further. That drive to ask "Can I take this a little further?" is what fuels me, both personally and professionally.
So Tinker Labs began as a place for me to document experiments, share discoveries, and explore whatever catches my curiosity.
Do I have bigger ambitions? Always. But for now, I'm keeping this true to what I love: exploration for its own sake. If it grows into something greater, I'm all in. If not, at least I'll have some fun along the way.
Now I'm curious about you: What's your favorite thing to tinker with?
Cars? Photography? Recipes? Design? Drop a comment, I'd love to know what keeps you up at 3:30am.
